Scuba Dude starts off with no equipment and is transparent.
once more equipment is collected it appears on the Scuba Dude and he becomes more solid
Once he is complete, tap him to send him off
he dives into the water
swims from one side of the screen to the other, several times
and picks up the victims on screen you may have missed
alternative meter for the Scuba Dude.
